Really helpful staff and luxury feel, rooms are beautiful and the view is really impressive from the higher floors.
Bar on the top 4 is small and dark, and does not feel so relaxing / luxury.

Quite convenient to vist Amsterdam, eventhough this is not locate down town, just 15 mn by Tram (line 25) to join the Dam Place; upside is this location is very quiet, unlike hotels located in city center
Every additional services are paying on top of the already expensive room rate ; eg ;- 15 mn computer usage in business center = 5 €, swimming pool : 15 € ... etc ... not compliant for a 5 stars hotel

I liked its recently refurbished and good sized rooms.
It was a modern hotel in a really interesting area, very close to the nearby RAI exhibition centre, and De Pijp metro station. Everything was very good as expected, even so the bathroom was too small. Good location, the private parking was available.

The location was great and the private parking was onsite. The check-in was efficient, we enjoyed main bar.

The hotel gave us a room even though we reached at 6:30 AM on a very busy weekend (queens Day). The staff were very helpful and the food was great.
The only negative aspect of the hotel was the location. Although it is well located in the De Pijp area, close to restaurants and cafe's, it is a bit too far out from Central Amsterdam, which makes it difficult for first time visitors. For people who know the city well, Okura is a great place to stay at.

The hotel opens out onto the beautiful canal where you can sit or rent a private boat. The rooms are very luxurious and o would recommend to anybody, I'd say it's the nicest Hotel we seen in Amsterdam, deserves it's 5 stars, must check out the cocktail bar on the 23rd floor, amazing. The only downfall is the mini bar and Renton a film from your room is very expensive, but as there is so much to do you don't need to watch films and can find a shop around corner to buy water etc. Staff were so helpful and happy to assist in any way. The hotel is a 10-15mim tram ride from everything, the number 25 trams very handy and can be caught 3min walk from hotel. Overall our stay was brilliant Amsterdam was amazing and hotel was brilliant.
Just found films in rooms expensive and mini bar( but I suppose so is every hotel)

Loved this top rated accommodation with reasonably good and attentive staff at the reception desk. Stayed in recently refurbished and double superior superior queen room with big bathroom. We needed a place for celebrating anniversary, everything was very comfortable.

Excellent service with very friendly and helpful staff. Location was tranquil with some good bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. Spectacular views from the top floor restaurant.
The distance from the city centre meant a 30 minute walk. Health club facilities cost extra which was extortionate considering the already expensive rooms.

Great breakfast, but parking was a pain
We stayed in a city view junior suite with a door connecting the two rooms. The breakfast was awesome-fresh smoothies and everything we wanted! But man, paying 55 euros for parking was kinda rough. One room was smaller than expected, and the air conditioning in that one was super noisy. Decent stay!

Great room cleanliness and spaciousness. Staff was super friendly, but breakfast is pricey.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom with separate tub and shower.
Hotel breakfast very overpriced for what you get. Much better off getting breakfast outside of the hotel.

The room we had (1220) was excellent ... recently refurbished and we were upgraded free of charge "as it was Christmas" ...!!!!
The price of breakfast!
